Dr Silvina Barboza is a specialist in gynaecology, obstetrics and reproductive medicine. She currently works in the Assisted Reproduction Unit at Clínica Dona i Nen, where she also coordinates the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department. She has a wide academic and clinical background in women’s health, ranging from general gynaecological care to the most advanced reproductive treatments.

She studied at the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste in Argentina, and is a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology, with additional training in foetal medicine, advanced ultrasound, minimally invasive surgery, endometriosis, genetics and reproductive immunology. She has worked in centres such as IVI Lleida, Hospital Sagrat Cor, Hospital Comarcal Sant Bernabè, CCG Ginecología Manresa and Clínica Sant Josep.

She combines her clinical practice with continuous professional development and active participation in conferences in Spain and abroad on fertility and women’s health. She has worked as a university lecturer and has contributed to scientific publications focusing on reproductive health, breast pathology, gestational anaemia and adolescent health.

In her clinical practice, Dr Barboza is committed to providing comprehensive care oriented around the physical and emotional well-being of each patient. She combines scientific rigour with clear communication and provides attentive support at all stages of gynaecological and reproductive healthcare.
